why act
Earn your ICF continuing education hours
The ICF requires 40 CCE hours every three years to renew your ACC credential or apply for your PCC or MCC. Your ACT alumni membership covers 27+ CCE hours a year as standard, alongside mentor coaching and study groups to keep your credentials current.
Dojo Practicum Sessions
A different ICF coaching competency every month. Practise it, get feedback, sharpen the skill, log the hours.
Accelerate My Practice
A four-part sequential series for newly certified coaches. Build clarity on your niche, your offer, and the foundations to launch a practice that actually pays.
Mentor Coaching Sessions
Four mentor coaching sessions a year. Required for ACC renewal and for anyone progressing towards their PCC credential.

The Alumni Coaching Exchange (ACE) is ACT's internal coaching network. LPCC alumni and current students meet in formal coach/client sessions to practise, learn, and log the hours that count. Hosted inside the Mighty Networks community.
