ACT’s Level 3 coach training program designed to move experienced coaches toward greater mastery. Grounded in the Leadership Equation, the program develops more fluid and skillful coaching while deepening the embodiment, self-awareness and presence that enable transformational work.
Join a community of 3k+ leaders
Coaches learn to work more fluidly within the Leadership Equation, integrating advanced coaching skills and concepts while responding to the complexity and nuance of what emerges in the coaching relationship.
An important part of this progression is the coach’s own development. Through experiential learning and the Embodied Retreat, coaches do their own work, exploring the patterns, beliefs and ways of being that influence how they coach. This deeper awareness allows coaches to bring greater presence, choice and skill to their work.
The Level 3 program is ultimately about integration: moving beyond simply knowing and applying coaching skills toward embodying them and using them with greater depth, flexibility and mastery.
