The program is approved for 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours with the International Coaching Federation.
Next Level Coaching is designed for coaches who already have experience and a solid foundation, but want to build deeper capability around emotion, identity, responsibility, and possibility. It's especially valuable if you've encountered client situations involving strong emotions or difficult circumstances that stretched you beyond your current toolkit.
Having Brown University's School of Professional Studies on your LPCC certificate is a genuine differentiator. Yes. Upon successful completion of LAC, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion from Brown University School of Professional Studies.

You may begin recording your coaching hours on Day 1 of Module 1 of the LPCC program.
LPCC applicants generally have at least 5 years of professional experience. Beyond that, the program welcomes a broad range of backgrounds: from CEOs and COOs to consultants, educators, and those entering coaching as a second career or in retirement. We evaluate each LPCC application based on your experience and your goals for applying what you learn.
Leader As Coach is designed for managers and leaders at all levels within an organization who want to bring a coaching mindset into their everyday leadership. Participants learn practical coaching skills: how to ask better questions, listen more deeply, and bring out the best in the people around them. It's less about becoming a professional coach and more about leading in a way that develops others and strengthens the organization as a whole.
