An overview of the Leader as Coach program. A highly experiential online program grounded in neuroscience and leadership research to make you a more coach-like leader.
In a world of uncertainty, complexity, diversity and technological change, the ability to quickly adapt and respond is essential. Coaching is a core competency of agile, multidimensional leaders who guide and empower teams that can navigate uncertainty and produce results.
This information session will provide an overview of Leader as Coach, a highly experiential program offered in two formats: a seven-week live online course and an intensive three-day in-person program. Both formats are designed to help you become a more coach-like leader using concepts grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience and research on leadership effectiveness.

Have questions about our programs?
LEAP provides your core training hours, and the Level 2 Add-On provides the necessary “evaluation” for the Level 2/PCC through the 3 enhanced mentor coaching sessions. You still need to accumulate your 500 practice coaching hours.
Level 2 requires 125 hours of coach-specific training. Our LPCC Level 1 program provides 100 hours of training. To obtain your PCC, you will require an additional 25 hours. Our LEAP program with the Level 2 add-on provides the additional training hours as well as the Level 2 Performance Evaluation to become eligible for PCC credentials.To obtain the PCC with the ICF, you must complete 500 hours of practice coaching hours.
