Leader as Coach: August 11, 2026
12pm - 1pm ET
Discover how shifting from advice-giver to thinking partner builds capability, accountability and trust. Join an ACT Leadership co-founder for practical tools to lead with greater impact by coaching,
Many leaders are valued for having answers and offering advice. Over time, however, the habit of advising can limit ownership, reduce learning and keep teams dependent on the leader’s perspective.
This masterclass explores the power of the leader as coach, a leadership stance that builds capability, accountability and trust. When leaders shift from advice-giver to thinking partner, they create space for deeper insight, stronger decision-making and more resilient teams.
In this 60-minute session, you will learn how a coaching mindset transforms everyday leadership conversations, strengthens presence and supports others in stepping into responsibility and growth, without adding time or effort to your role.
Join one of the co-founders of ACT Leadership for this practical, insight-driven webinar. You will leave with clear distinctions, real-world examples and immediately usable tools to lead with greater impact by coaching rather than advising.
Leader As Coach webinars are hosted by Brown University School of Professional Studies. Upon completing the pre-registration form, you will be redirected to the Brown University website.
