About This Webinar

Leadership advice is everywhere: Be decisive. Have the answers. Move fast. Fix problems. Yet many of the assumptions that shape how leaders operate can unintentionally limit learning, ownership and long-term effectiveness.

Join Robin Rose, Ph.D., associate professor of the practice of leadership at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), for a conversation on how leaders can expand their impact by challenging common assumptions about leadership. Drawing on the leader-as-coach approach, this interactive masterclass explores practical strategies that help leaders move beyond reactive problem-solving and foster more meaningful, developmental conversations.

Through a live, discussion-based format, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with Rose through conversation and Q&A.

Participants will leave with:

  • Insight into common leadership myths that shape everyday leadership behavior.
  • A clearer understanding of the leader-as-coach mindset.
  • Practical strategies to shift conversations in ways that encourage stronger thinking and greater ownership.
