My career has progressed through distinct phases, starting as an external consultant and executive coach for major research organizations and Fortune 500 companies, to leading diversity and development initiatives at Genentech-Roche, and later managing HR and organizational culture at Agios Pharmaceuticals during its rapid growth and public offering. My expertise is further enhanced by training in Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching program and the International Coaching Federation, ensuring I stay updated with the best coaching practices.
