My name is Paige Carstensen (she/her) and I am a certified leadership and development coach, former educator, and forever learner with a specialization in educational equity and disability justice. I care deeply that values-driven visionaries are supported to find and follow their next right paths, and my own experience living in a neurodiverse brain uniquely positions me to support educators of disabilities and folks who have disabilities themselves. I have 15 years of experience working as a leadership coach, consultant to non-profit organizations (especially schools) and as a workshop and group facilitator.
