Emmanuelle has over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector, working with top brands like L’Oréal and Unilever where she developed new products and mentored young professionals. Transitioning to a consultant role in 2010, she continued personal development, focusing on problem-solving and facilitation skills. In 2020, she became a certified Leadership and Performance Coach from Brown University, now coaching clients in leadership, negotiation, and HR management across various time zones, in English and French.
