Paul Wagoner is a leadership and career transitions coach as well as a resume and LinkedIn profile writer. He is the founder of Pathless Coaching LLC. Prior to coaching, Paul spent 12+ years as a practicing attorney, in private practice and public service, including as a US Navy JAG serving overseas. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategy from the Naval War College and law degree from Boston College. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a candidate for certification in leadership and performance coaching (LPCC) from Brown University/ACT Leadership. He is a member of the National Resume Writers Association and a Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (LinkedIn).
