Same Leaders, Different World: Rethinking Leadership Performance: June 23, 2026
12pm - 1pm ET
When strong leaders underperform, the gap is rarely about skill. Learn a new framework for diagnosing leadership performance in complex, shifting environments.
Today's leadership environment is less predictable, less linear, and less forgiving, yet most leadership development still rewards competence, control, and delivery. When those strengths meet a context that requires something different, the gap shows up quietly: decisions that bottleneck, teams that pull back, leaders working harder but landing less.
Join Mike Hutchins, co-founder of ACT Leadership and author of the forthcoming Leadership Equation, as he introduces a new lens for diagnosing leadership performance in complex, shifting environments. One of the most effective ways organizations are closing this gap is through coach training — equipping leaders with the awareness, inquiry skills, and adaptive capacity to meet their teams where the work actually is.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will leave able to:
- Recognize the signals that indicate a leadership-context mismatch
- Apply a new framework for diagnosing performance beyond skills and competencies
- Understand how coach training builds the adaptive capacity today's environments demand
This webinar is designed for HR leaders, Learning & Development professionals, training managers, and organizational leaders responsible for developing leadership capacity within their teams and across their organization.
