About This Webinar

Leadership isn't a title, it's a practice, one built through the daily beliefs, habits, and self-awareness you bring to every interaction with the people you lead.

Join Robin Rose, Associate Professor of the Practice of Leadership at Brown University, for a conversation on what it really means to practice leadership: understanding what motivates you, examining the assumptions you operate from, and recognizing how they shape your effectiveness with others. Drawing on developmental psychology, neuroscience, and current leadership research, we'll explore how leaders develop the self-knowledge and coaching capacity to guide individuals, teams, and change with greater clarity and impact.

This 60-minute session is an invitation to look more closely at your own practice of leadership, wherever you are in it, and to hear how ACT Leadership's Leadership Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) program helps leaders build on that practice with formal coach training and an ICF credential.
